Join Sarah from anywhere in the world with her online workouts or in person for 1:1, small group training sessions at her home Studio in Mersea Island or drop into one of her classes around Colchester.
Dance inspired workouts and much more to improve mental and physical wellbeing.
As a former professional dancer turned fitness instructor my workouts are heavily inspired by dance but ultimately by the joy dance and music brings and how amazing the freedom to move your body feels.
Variety is definitely the spice of life and I feel consistency is so much easier when you look forward to what you are doing. So say goodbye to those boring workouts and join me for a bit of Cycle, Step, Dance, HIIT, Strength, Low Impact, High Impact and everything else in between.I plan to have something for everyone, no matter your age or fitness level.
